26 July was the last day when prospective students could submit their applications for state-funded places in Russian universities. Here are the preliminary results of the admission campaign at Voronezh State University and information about the most popular programmes.
By now, 9,236 applications for bachelor’s, master’s and specialist’s degree programmes were submitted by people from 82 regions of the Russian Federation. This figure shows the prestige of VSU as a higher education institution.
The most popular are the following programmes: “Jurisprudence”, “Information Systems and Technologies”, “Linguistics”, “Pharmacy”, and “Economics”.
VSU’s fundamental medicine programmes proved to be popular not only in the Central Black Earth Region. A lot of prospective students from other regions applied for the programmes “Medical Biochemistry”, “Medical Cybernetics”, and “Medical Biophysics”.
