VSU Publishing House published a book about a VSU professor, an honoured economist of the Russian Federation, and distinguished citizen of Voronezh, Vladimir Naumovich Eitingon (1924–2014). The book entitled “Lifetime” is dedicated to VSU’s centenary and belongs to a new cycle of publications “VSU in memories and biographies”.
“Lifetime” starts with an introduction by the Deputy Chairman of the Russian Government, A.V. Gordeyev. The book is divided into 4 parts: “From the first person” (memories of V.N. Eitingon), “Strokes to the Portrait”, “Do what you should do” (interviews and articles by V.N. Eitingon from various periods), “Memory”, and an appendix with the key dates of the professor’s life and career. 21 authors share their memories about the scientist in this book.
