Alla Shesterina, Professor from the Department of the Television and Radio Journalism, and Ekaterina Kurganova, Associate Professor from the Department of Public Relations, took part in the international cooperation programme Mevlana implemented between Voronezh State University and Ataturk University (Erzurum, Turkey).
The lecturers gave a series of lectures in English, held master classes, and discussed the prospectives of further scientific and creative cooperation.
As a part of the course “Media Psychology” Professor Alla Shesterina and the students from the Faculty of Communications learnt how to create a mediatext and prepared a video message from Turkish students to VSU students. It was also agreed that Russian students will take part in the annual international TV and cinema festival “Snow Festival”. Supervised by Associate Professor Ekaterina Kurganova, Turkish students prepared a written message to the students of our university.
Both the Russian and the Turkish party expressed their interest in further cooperation and the development of scientific, educational, and creative relations.
