Today, educational institutions of the Russian Federation are involved in active cooperation with universities and research organisations of Latin America.
For instance, Voronezh State University have signed two cooperation agreements with the Institute of Latin America of the Russian Academy of Sciences. The agreement was concluded by the Provisional Director of the Institute of Latin America, Dmitry Razumovsky, and the Rector of VSU, Dmitry Endovitsky. Moreover, they signed an agreement about practice trainings till December 2023.
Therefore, students interested in relations between Latin America and the Russian Federation will get a chance to conduct research in this area.
A graduate from the Faculty of International Relations of VSU and the Head of the Secretariat of the Russian Embassy in Bolivia, Yulia Vastchenko, also contributes a lot to the establishment of ties between VSU and universities of Bolivia.
