The European Scientific-Industrial Chamber has published the international ARES-2020 ranking. The ranking has been published since 2013 and it has always included VSU. This year, our university has improved its positions and entered the AA group.
ARES has been known as one of the most objective international rankings. Its main criteria is the quality of education and strategies aimed at its improvement, including the application of new technologies, the monitoring of education quality, advanced training for lecturers, the development of innovative infrastructure, etc. Among other important parameters are research projects, international activities, interactions with employers, and regional significance.
This year, the ranking included five major institutions of higher education in Voronezh: Burdenko Voronezh State Medical University (36th position, A+ category), Voronezh State Technical University (38th position, A+ category),Voronezh State Pedagogical University (132nd position, BB+ category), Morozov Voronezh State Forest Engineering University (189th position, B category), and Peter I Voronezh State Agricultural University (264th position, C+ category).
