In 2020, Elsevier, one of the four largest science publishing houses, published the comprehensive monograph “Transmutations, Singular and Fractional Differential Equations with Applications to Mathematical Physics”. The authors of the book are Elina Shishkina, Professor at the Department of Mathematical and Applied Analysis at the Faculty of Applied Mathematics, Informatics, and Mechanics of Voronezh State University, and Sergei Sitnik, Professor at the Department of Mathematics and Computer Modelling at the Institute of Engineering and Digital Technologies of Belgorod State National Research University.
