Between 11 November and 12 December, the 20th International Song and Dance Festival “Let’s Join Hands” took place in Voronezh. This year, the festival was held online. The event was organised by the International Education Institute of VSU and the Department of Culture of the Voronezh Government.
The creative programme of the festival included three areas:
- video performances in the nomination “Folk and national choreography”, “Folk and national song”, and “Folk and national instrument”;
- the online exhibition “National applied and decorative arts and crafts”;
- the online competition “National Cuisine”.
International students from our university took part in all nominations. The staff of the Leisure and Culture Centre of the Institute of International Education helped them prepare 13 video performances, 10 of which became the laureates of the festival and were included in the programme of the gala concert.
All participants of the festival received certificates and souvenirs.
