On 26 May, with the support of the Centre for Career Development and Business Partnership at VSU senior specialist’s and master’s students from the Faculty of Chemistry visited OOO Efko Kosmetik, one of the largest Russian soap manufacturers. The company is located in the settlement of Khokholsky.
During the guided tour, the staff told the students about the development prospects of the company equipped with European soap boiling equipment. They showed samples of soap products made from plant raw materials, demonstrated the laboratory where the quality of the products is controlled by using modern chemical and physicochemical research methods. Also, chemistry students got answers to their questions concerning the possibility of employment at the company, the working conditions, and the salary.
The meetings were organised by Olga Sleptsova, an associate professor from the Department of High Molecular Compounds and Colloids.
