VSU was included in a ranking of Russian universities based on the pay rate of young specialists who graduated from university in 2015–2020 and are employed in the areas of finance and economics. The ranking was published by the Superjob portal.
This year VSU improved its position and moved from 15th to 14th place with the graduates’ salary being 67 thousand roubles. Over the year the pay rate of the graduates increased by 5,000 roubles.
The top university in the ranking is the Moscow State Institute of International Relations with the average salary of graduates being 150,000 roubles. The second position is occupied by the National Research University Higher School of Economics. Its graduates can find a job with an average salary of 125,000 roubles within 5 years after graduation. The third position is occupied by Moscow State University (115,000 roubles).
