Three VSU representatives won the national competition “Golden Names of Higher Education” Professor Tatyana Popova, DSc in Biology, and Professor Khidmet Shikhaliyev, DSc in Chemistry, won in the nomination “For the contribution to science and higher education”.
Professor Evelina Domashevskaya, DSc in Physics and Mathematics, won in the nomination “For the training of academic and pedagogical staff”.
The “Golden Names of Higher Education” competition has been held since 2017 as part of the project of the same name by the interregional non-governmental organisation “League of Higher Education Teachers” supported by the Presidential Grants Fund. The goal of the project is to promote the profession and the general quality of education. This year the competition was supported by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of Russia.
