“Khitschnaya zaryadka” is going on at VSU. It is a sports campaign launched by VSU’s sports club “Khitschnye Bobry” (Rapacious Beavers) in order to promote a healthy lifestyle among young people.
Students organised a training session at the V. Peskov Voronezh State Nature Biosphere Reserve, where they also visited the Beaver House and got to know the animals the best students’ sports club in the Voronezh Region was named after. The idea to hold another training session at the Alye Parusa park was supported by the Head of the Department of Physical Education and Sports of the Voronezh Region, Dmitry Sobolev. Each training session is held in a cheerful and relaxed atmosphere and accompanied with music.
“Khitschnaya zaryadka is about building communication between students and representatives of various organisations. The event creates a healthy atmosphere where students can have positive emotions for the whole day. This is why education institutions and other organisations which want to promote sports and healthy lifestyle among students should provide their full support of such events”, said Igor Kotok, specialist from the Department of Student Affairs of VSU.
VSU students’ sports club “Khitschnye Bobry” held the first Khitschnaya zaryadka together with the rector of VSU Dmitry Endovitsky, who challenged the rectors of other Russian universities to do the same.
