On 6–8 October, a VSU delegation led by VSU Rector Dmitry Endovitsky and Vice-Rector for Economics and Contract Services Larisa Korobeinikova visited Armenia. In the course of the visit, the delegation took part in the First Educational Exhibition of Universities “Education in Russia: Yerevan – 2022”, held on the premises of the Praesidium of the National Academy of Sciences.
During the exhibition, applicants from Armenia became acquainted with the educational and scientific potential of VSU, learned more about the exchange programme, and talked to representatives of the university.
Dmitry Endovitsky took part in the round table on cooperation in education and science “On the priorities and prospects of cooperation between Russia and Armenia in the fields of education and science. Activities of branches of Russian universities in Armenia”. The round table was organised as part of the session “On the priorities and prospects of cooperation between Russia and Armenia in the field of education”. During the round table, there was a presentation of the educational programmes and projects of VSU and a report on the prospects for cooperation with higher education institutions of Armenia.
Larisa Korobeinikova, Vice-Rector of VSU, visited the Russian House in Yerevan (Rossotrudnichestvo in Armenia) to discuss closer cooperation. She also gave several interviews, including to the Armenian Radio.
The delegation also visited partner universities: Yerevan State University, Eurasia International University, and Russian-Armenian (Slavonic) University.
A partnership agreement was signed with the Armenian State University of Economics.
