On November 14–16, the International Science Festival of the Union State was held at the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus in Minsk. Anastasia Luchkova, 4th year student, Chair of the Students’ Research Society of the Faculty of Physics of VSU, member of the Students’ Research Society of VSU, took part in the event.
100 young scientists, 50 from Russia and the same number from Belarus, came to Minsk to share their ideas and vision for the future development of international science. Olga Petrova, Deputy Head of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation, delivered a greeting from Valery Falkov, Minister of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation. In particular, it said that the talents and enthusiasm of young people can ensure a qualitative breakthrough in key areas of the Decade of Science and Technology. It was also noted that setting complex ambitious tasks and the opportunity to play an important role in the development of the Union State is a strong motivation for every scientist, especially for young researchers.
